Real Estate: What is Real Estate?
“Land is the only thing in the world that amounts to anything, for ‘Tis the
only thing in this world that lasts, Tis the only thing worth working for,
worth fighting for, worth dying for. “
Margaret Mitchell – Author 1900 – 1949
The Housing Crisis Facing England
The United Kingdom currently has the lowest rate of new housing construction of any major world economy. The ageing capital stock of housing and the low rate of new builds have coincided with the period of steady economic and population growth putting further pressure on the housing market.
The current shortfall of housing in England of approximately 900,000 units (predominantly in the South-East), is required.
To achieve this level of sustained building, new land will need to be released for development.
- The smallholdings that we are selling have been sourced from favourable sites in the Southern half of England.
- They are strategically located.
- All of the smallholdings are Freehold.
- Most of our smallholdings have existing road frontage and/or are close to existing roads.
- The smallholdings being offered for sale are owned by one of our wholly owned subsidiary companies who will be the Seller in any Sale Agreement.
- The sizes of our smallholdings range from approximately ¼ acre to approximately 1 acre.
