From M25 exit at junction 18. Follow A404 Holmer Green/ Beamond End. Turn right (North) onto Earl Howe Road, road name changes to New Pond Road. Bear left (West) onto Beech Tree Road at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Spurlands End Road. The land is located on the corner of Dormer Lane and Spurlands End Road.

From Aylesbury take the A413 towards Amersham. At Great Missenden, continue on the A413 and turn right immediately after passing under the railway bridge at Deep Mill Farm, signposted Great Kingshill. Follow this road and at Heath End, just before Great Kingshill turn left into Spurlands End Road. The land will be found on the right hand side after about 0.75 miles, midway between Great Kingshill and Holmer Green.
